Our collaborative journey begins with a consultation where we get to know you and your space. We’ll chat through the scope of your project, understand your needs and preferences, and talk budget and timelines so everything’s clear from the start. This step often includes a site visit, where we take detailed measurements and gather photos or videos to help us visualise the space. It’s all about laying the groundwork for a smooth, creative process tailored to you.
This is where the creative magic starts to take shape. We begin by gathering inspiration and developing mood boards that capture the look and feel of your future space—think colour palettes, lighting ideas, and initial design themes. We’ll also explore how the space works through dimensional layout planning, analysing flow and movement, and proposing furniture placement and zoning solutions for multi-use areas. All of this comes together in a concept presentation, giving you a clear visual direction and an exciting first glimpse of what’s to come.
Once the concept is signed off, we move into the Design Development phase and through the use ofphysical samples and both 2D and 3D visuals, the vision is refined and brought to life. We’ll present final designs including any bespoke furniture, joinery, architectural elements, and your technical lighting plan. All confirmed finishes, curated artwork, and accessories will also be signed off for your approval. At this point, everything comes together in a clear, cohesive presentation including a fully itemised cost breakdown that aligns with the agreed budget.
This final phase is all about bringing the design to life while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We manage site and virtual meetings to maintain quality and keep you in the loop, handle the budget, and coordinate with our team of trusted contractors and suppliers. We’re on hand to problem-solve, keep communication flowing, and provide regular updates. We also manage the procurement and delivery of furniture, fittings, and equipment which takes us through to final styling, where we carefully place each piece to bring the space together seamlessly.
